Hi Lyn,
It took me a a year and 3 months of your classes to finally understand the importance of daily meditation. I've been doing it since thursday last week and now I finally get it. Thank you, thank you and thank you for gently reminding me. I started with the 40 day objective and today I realize that I would not be able to live without doing it. Thank you again. I knew that one's of Yogi Bhajan quotes from your calendar resonates so much since may I wrote on the paper that you gave us about FEAR and I couldn't know why? I kept it for some time and then I threw it away. Now I know why it stayed with me - he was helping you remind me: "Early meditation is like conquering the world without effort" Sat nam.
